Hi,
I recently migrated from a Slackware-based (Vector Linux) distro to Arch (i used the "2007.08-2 ftp install" iso to do so) .
During installation this output is displayed in terminal or in the middle of semi-graphical installer about every 5 minutes :
ICE default IO error handler doing an exit(), pid = XXXX, errno = 11
with different pid's. The message is displayed anywhere, during any operation (i.e. it could be in the middle of the pacman output during packages dowload, or in the middle of a text edited with vi or nano).
Nothing bad seems to happen while message is displayed and I'm now running well ArchLinux.
This message still appears at random times with random pid's in console (but often 8518).
The pid's displayed do not correspond to anthing in top (which could be normal as the prompt says it is "doing an exit"!).
Any idea to help me find the origin of the problem ?
