I'm running gkrellm and fluxbox and I want gkrellm to sit in the slit. I've tried using the -w switch, but it doesn't seem to make any difference anymore
Any suggestions anyone?

Yeah, I had the same problem, as well as other problems with GKrellM.

Don't know if it applies to you. There's a link there to a Gentoo patch that may fix the problem if it does.
