Configuring KDE3.5 Tab colors

I am a user of KDEmod, and recently tried out Compiz-Fusion.

The Compiz-Fusion theme is a slightly different color from the KDEmod theme.

Everything but the colors of tabs (in programs such as Konqueror, pidgin and konsole) is properly set up. How can I configure this? (there does not appear to be an entry in the kcontrol colorscheme setup)

Re: Configuring KDE3.5 Tab colors

In Konqueror and Konsole, text color of tabs are harcoded on the app, you can change them. I know it because I do themes for KDE and strugle with Konqueror making the text unreadable with dark backgrounds - there are some bug requests talking about this problem for those apps.

On Pidgin, the color changes on tabs are also hardcoded, but I don't if anyone complained about it yet.

Not text color, sorry. Background color of the tab widget.
