qmamecat2 and kdemod

Hello all,

This is the first problem I've come across in Arch that actually wasn't documented (or that I couldn't find). I run Arch on a couple of desktops, and had installed the packages sdlmame and qmc2 through pacman. Both packages initially installed ok, and qmc2 ran fine. I decided to switch from KDE to KDEmod on one of my desktops a while back, which switches the version of QT of course. Now, when I try to run qmc2, the binary is missing. I've even tried to reinstall it through pacman, which states that the package is successfully reinstalled, but the binary for qmc2 is still missing.

a find -name qmc2 results in locating empty folders. Is there anyone running KDEmod who has a successful installation of qmc2, or do I have to revert back to plain old KDE?

Edit: The KDEmod box is running x86_64 architecture, while the other box is i686. The i686 uses Xfce and has the binary for qmc2 working. Basically I'm wondering if the x86_64 package for qmc2 is broken, or if it's an incompatibility with KDEmod and qt-enhanced.

Re: qmamecat2 and kdemod

Solved: I think the pacman package of qmc2 on x86_64 is broken.

On the AUR someone suggested to install rsync and build qmc2 using ABS. I got all the required files, ran makepkg and pacman -U qmc2*.gz, and everything is now A-OK.
