Sharing folders in Virtualbox?

Hi,

I have Guest Addditions installed on guest machine but I cannot get my head round mount -t vboxsf share mountpoint? lol

Have created a folder Share on host system...

Yeah guest is a linux os

Is it the open-source version of VirtualBox ?
That one doesn't have the folder sharing feature of the closed (but free as beer) version.
