Hi,
I have come across this nice utility: AutoFsck
AutoFsck is a script for Linux operating systems (specifically the Ubuntu family) which deals with the annoyance of a periodic fsck runs on boot by moving the checks to shutdown.
I think it'll be fine for Arch as well, since they provide a generic package as well.
The installation procedure is quite easy, you just need to run an install script, and I wonder whether we need a package at all. If we do, I have no idea of how to create it. Too easy? I'm always confused when I don't need the usual "configure-make-make install" iter.
Thanks for your time
