Nrss <- try the beta

Hi all. Just offering up my project NRSS (home: http://codezen.org/nrss AUR old version: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=12667) to any adventurous beta testers in the Arch community. Just head to the homepage, grab the tarball and follow INSTALL inside (if you're not familiar with the typical Python install). There's also a basic config there too, to get you started.

All it should require is python >=2.4, ncurses and gcc (to build the C extension with)

Features:
- Simple, text-based, headline driven interface
- Highly customizable, in colors and theme
- Atom and RSS support
- Updates driven by separate binary, so your feeds can be updated when you don't have the client open
- Persistent story state stored on disk
- Lightweight

The target audience is anyone that's a fan of newsbeuter, raggle, or snownews (or, heh, the C version of NRSS).

I'd appreciate it if anyone could get it, test it and break it for me. The world of parsing XML is perilous at best smile. Any bugs you find should be sent to [jack at codezen dot org]. Feel free to leave any feedback (good or bad) here or email that as well.

Perpetually coding my balls off.
