libarchive error

after the libarchive update i cant install (every) package it seems...

[root@localhost worldofpadman]# pacman -A worldofpadman-70-4-i686.pkg.tar.gz
Lade Paketdaten ... Fehler: Fehler beim Lesen des Paketes worldofpadman-70-4-i686.pkg.tar.gz: Damaged tar archive: Das Argument ist ungültig
fehlgeschlagen.
Fehler: 'worldofpadman-70-4-i686.pkg.tar.gz': libarchive-Fehler
[root@localhost worldofpadman]#

to be sure its not another error, i recompiled the whole package.. but the error remains...

1) Use LC_ALL=C for sharing output
2) The correct place for reporting bugs is a bug tracker
