I have a Tsunami Speed 455T laptop that is a Asus based laptop.
asus_acpi module gives this info
Asus Laptop ACPI Extras version 0.30
unsupported model Z62J, trying default values
Some 'multimedia' keys work but 11 keys don't. I have checked with showkey and they don't generate any scancode.
I have checked the /dev/input/eventX but no event was generated by those keys.
Neither with the module asus_acpi or asus_laptop loaded makes a difference.
Is there a way to make the keys work?

Take a look at this tutorial I've done, it could be useful to you.

The cvs module recognizes my model
I didn't know I needed to have acpid but it is working now.
Thanks
