You're making it really difficult for people to help you when you won't post output. And even for the little output you did post, you skipped the most important part where it tells you what dependency could not be satisfied. We're not clairvoyant, post as much information as you can if you want help.

If you're using arch64 then your ultimate error is the lack of kommander in the repository yet which you can get by with skipping the install of the kdemod-theme package and then forcing it. (You only won't be able to use the theme installer app for now.)
Though with that in mind, shouldn't this be in the kdemod forums?

now it is fixed... I think they updated the kdemod repo today and now it updated fine
