xmame-gl

I want xmame with opengl support, I can't rebuild xmame, because in /var/abs isn't pkgbuild for it.

[jchu@hercules jchu]$ ls /var/abs/extra/emulators/xmame-sdl/

Re: xmame-gl

Hm, find didn't find it... nevermind.

I checked pkgbuild and I don't know how to add opengl support ;/, so request is still valid.

Re: xmame-gl

You need to patch the Makefile (when using ABS).  Basically uncommenting an xgl = 1 line.

I've currently got xmame compiling (makepkg) from an edited PKGBUILD that patches to include x11, xgl and ALSA sound.  Crackly sound is my main reason for change...

If this is making no sense, it's nearly three am... zzzzzzz

Re: xmame-gl

Right forget the xgl version, and the default sdl version, the x11 (xv) version is far better in performance and quality.  Surely that should be the default?
