I like to find commercial apps for Linux as well, from time to time. Not that I particularly like non-free software (I don't know if a Java app can be closed source) but it's a good sign of recognition.
However I have to admit that's bloody expensive

java apps can be closed source... anything can... just encrypt it and voila...
but dont fall for Java, they did it with openOffice, a complete lag
