I'm guessing this is the best place to post this issue. I have a Toshiba R15-S822 I have an issue that isn't isolated to Archlinux, but I figured you guys would be the best able to help me.

Now, when I try to reboot or shutdown my machine, the system doesn't want to shutdown. The screen will blank, no input will be accepted from the keyboard, and my fan will kick on full blast and stay that way until I force shutdown by holding down the power button. I'm not sure what is causing this, but I'd really like some help in figuring this out.
