[Help] S2RAM + KPowersave + Passing some commands

Hey Guy

I need some help with KPowerSave. (Unless a better power management utility can be recommended)

It doesn't suspend my computer when I click on suspend to ram from the utility. It just locks my screen.
S2Ram works properly, pm-suspend works also, but it's noticeably slower than s2ram.

Also, is there a way to pass some commands before and after going to suspend?
My network doesn't work when I resume. But, I have to unload/reload the drivers then run netcfg2. So I was wondering if there was a way to run these commands each time that I susprend/resume.

Thanks for the help,
TJ

Edit:

Strangely, after rebooting my computer, it now shows that I have two batteries and it's  not reporting the same information on both, it's showing two different things.  :S

You need at least kpowersave 0.7 to make use of pm-utils.
pm-utils utilizes hooks, look; http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pm-utils
