kye usb modem

i have a ky usb modem (GM56USB V3). after i plug it in my computer and run scanModem. it shows nothing. i install slmodem, slmodem-utils. modprobe slusb and start /etc/rc.d/slmodem. all of them did not say anything about detected any modem. any help ??
ps. lsusb -v show the chipset as smart56 usb2.0 softmodem.
