Drive permissions

I'm quite new to Linux (3 weeeks exp) so please bear with me;)
I'm triple booting and have Arch installed on a seperate hd (sdb) to XP/Suse (sda) my media is stored on 2 ntfs partitons on sda, I've managed to set up access to those ntfs drives but if I move a file from one to the other I get a pop up box saying 'Could not change permissions for *file*'

This only happens as my user login, root is fine.

My /etc/fstab is

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/cdrom1 /mnt/cdrom1 iso9660 ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/dvd /mnt/dvd udf ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/fd0 vfat user,noauto 0 0
/dev/sdb1 /boot ext2 defaults 0 1
/dev/sdb2 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/sdb3 / ext3 defaults 0 1
/dev/sdb4 /home ext3 defaults 0 1
/dev/sda2 /mnt/D ntfs-3g users,uid=1000,gid=100,fmask=0113,dmask=0002,locale=en_gb 0 0
/dev/sda4 /mnt/G ntfs-3g users,uid=1000,gid=100,fmask=0113,dmask=0002,locale=en_gb 0 0

The files can be moved but I get the permisions warning every time, is there anything obvious I'm missing?
