Hello
Could it be possible to add an option to use testing repository under the installation, every time I've installed arch on an computer through network installation, and I which to use the testing repo, I have to go into pacman.conf and enable the testing repo to update, because I cannot do that under the install.
I am of course aware of that new/inexperienced users and users that don't like to take risks shouldn't do this, so if this feature would be added, it should be a lot of warnings etc.
Use the Source, Luke!

It seems a reasonable idea, so you should submit a feature request to the bug tracker. Sometimes thing on the forums get missed by the devs...
Saying that, I quite like getting my system up and working before I attempt to break it with testing! ![]()

My opinion is that it should not be enabled. The update to testing does not generate that much traffic and you need to know at least a little bit to be able to enable testing. There are already new people having troubles related to enabled testing repo without actually knowing what they are doing.
My experience is that new people tend to ignore any kind of warnings coming up without even reading them, just clicking OK...
What I would be for is to be able to edit pacman.conf during the installation from another console just before pacman is run. But that might be possible already - I don't know, it's been a long time since I installed arch.
