[SOLVED] My conky isn't working

Well, first, here is my file:

As you can see, I copy/pasted from my Ubuntu setup.

It starts up, but if I click on the desktop, it goes away. It's still running, but I can't see it. Help?

What DE are you using? It's going to be one of these values:
own_window yes
own_window_type desktop
They can be own_window no or own_window_type desktop/normal/override.

I am using Gnome. Forgot to mention that. smile

Anyway, it was the own_window value. Thank you.

EDIT: Aw, crap. Now my desktop icons just disappear...

Then do own window yes which is required if you use nautilus (which you do as it draws your desktop) and change the other to either normal or override.
