Resetting QT3 settings

Is there a way to reset my qt3 theme settings?
I don't know what happened to them and I don't want to set a color for every aspect found in /opt/qt/bin/qtconfig
Right now they look just awful, rendering any qt3 program useless.

Have a look at your ~/.qt folder.
