session list

I am following the wiki on how to get keytouch to work (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Extra_Keyboard_Keys). I created the config file and then imported it in keytouch, no problems there. But then the wiki says "If you, however, use KDM as your login manager .xinitrc will not be parsed. You can add /etc/X11/Xsession to your session list of your Desktop Environment (Gnome, Kde, Xfce-svn, among others)."
Probably a silly question, but how exactly do I that?

This might help: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=38003  Try the search function in the forum, there's usually some sort of post to answer your questions.

Re: session list

Well, what I would actually like to do is add /etc/X11/Xsession to my sessions list but I don't know how. I tried searching the forum but nothing useful came up.

Re: session list

i only added keytouch in the deamons-section in rc.conf and also added "keytouchd &" in autostart.sh-file in openbox. works great here.

what WM do you use?

Re: session list

Thanks for the hint, I made a symlink to /etc/X11/Xsession in ~/.kde/Autostart and now everything works perfectly. big_smile
