purple-plugin-pack: Switch Spell plugin error

I was hoping this would be fixed in the new version that has just hitted the repo, but it didn't. On trying to enable the Switch Spell plugin from the purple-plugin-pack package from extra, I get this error:

Error: undefined symbol:
delete_aspell_dict_info_enumeration
Check the plugin website for an upgrade

Aspell is installed and working fine, should I file a bug about this?

I have the same problem with Switch Spell.

This should be fixed in Purple Plugin Pack 2.4.0
