I already had the export in my rc.local and already have kdemod3-gtk-qt-engine 0.8-1 and it still does it. It started doing this a couple of weeks/days ago. The first time I noticed it was after the pango update (not saying this is what caused it -- but I have been running OO for sometime now and never had the issue up until I noticed it.
