Pacman not compiling!

I removed pacman because I thought it would be the best way to fix it as I messed up all the .conf files! Well now I can't compile any version 3.* didn't try any lower and all the errors are diffrent can someone give me a binary version please?

Do you still have a copy in /var/cache/pacman/pkg? If so, unpack it somewhere, then copy etc, usr, and var from the archive over the existing directories in the root directory. If pacman itself doesn't work after that, hopefully pacman.static will. Simply reinstall pacman from the repos to make sure that everything is correct.
