How do you backup your arch?

I'm curiouse to see how everybody does it and what the best methods are.

See "/etc/flexbackup.conf" and set "$buffer = 'false';"

Traditional way, text mode:

cd /mnt
tar -czf backup.tar.gz / --exclude=mnt --exclude=proc
