Is Arch moving to German because of Friedrich Nietzsche?

Nietzsche: Elitist, believes in not dumbing down things so the crowd can understand
Arch: Elitist, believes in not dumbing things so the crowd can understand

Re: Is Arch moving to German because of Friedrich Nietzsche?

apparently, also other distros were inspired by Friedrich Nietsche: one of the famous Nietsche's quotes is "God is dead", which inspired the absence of root account in Ubuntu smile

Re: Is Arch moving to German because of Friedrich Nietzsche?

If you really have seen more German spoken on these forums, switching to German is a good idea, but don't change any package names or delete existing English stuff. Please either start a separate site like en.archlinux.org... add scripts to translate this one on the fly, or post the php files that control this site and the formerly used English translation to facilitate community projects.

If no English site ever comes to be, I'm fine using this site but please don't make it unnecessarily hard to start one.
