If you really have seen more German spoken on these forums, switching to German is a good idea, but don't change any package names or delete existing English stuff. Please either start a separate site like en.archlinux.org... add scripts to translate this one on the fly, or post the php files that control this site and the formerly used English translation to facilitate community projects.
If no English site ever comes to be, I'm fine using this site but please don't make it unnecessarily hard to start one.
....Knowing the great community behind Arch, we are sure a community project will arise quickly to fill the small void left when we completely discontinue the English site....

While Arch in German is very confusing, I gotta admit that overman as a new name for pacman sounds pretty cool. ![]()
Also, wasn't it suppose to be Übermensch? ![]()

I admit that this year's April fool prank is a good one, but I the one that got me was last year with Arch <-> Ark name change.
Kudos to another good prank!

Haha, I must say I'm glad to be posting on an English site again, but if the user base does change appreciably, feel free to change the language for real, I won't mind.
