The Bi-Lingual change over? I have a suggestion.

If your going to make Arch Linux primarrily German that would alienate a whole larger English speaking userbase I would of thought you would make it like English and Russian or something Poland,Russia same thing because people in Australia, Canada, and US would loose out Russian is the second most common European Language in the world.

That's probably TERRIBLE spelling/gender case (for 'roosky' and 'dobree'). Russian is new to me but I enjoy learning it. I'm also learning German, though and speak a fair bit of Spanish.
