You could also try wbar. It should be in aur.

I looked at all of them ( screenshots), they are look more or less similar. I intalled avant-window-navigator. and its good, also it is available in the official repos.

That screenshot is from FVWM. I remember when dtw was experimenting with switching to that over Fluxbox.
