After looking at some screenshots of KDE4 on FreeBSD (my other favorite OS ), I saw that they were using a custom .bashrc with colors and everything.

I would like to customize my shell to look like that (colors and everything), but what really got me is how to make the directory be on the right side of the terminal instead of somewhere on the left. Could someone post how to do this?

Well, that's not exactly what I wanted, but after customizing it a little bit, I like the results. Still trying to figure out how to put the current working directory on the right side instead of somewhere on the left though...

I don't think that's BASH. It's zsh.

Ah yes, I installed Zsh, and boy is it awesome.
I see that I can edit my RPS1 environmental variable which is exactly what I was looking for.
But after using the .bashrc that 3nd3r linked to, there are some things that I would like to keep, namely the LS_COLORS variable for different file types. Any idea how this can be done? I tried copying it into my .zshrc, but no luck.
