Trying to install gstreamer-0.10-plugins gives me the error that:
gstreamer0.10-bad requires gstreamer0.10-base>=0.10.18-2
This is fixed if I enable [testing] but I think it is an error that not everything got moved to [extra]. If it is packaging, this if for 64bit.

I'm getting the same dependency error as you plus that anjuta can't solve the graphviz>=2.18 dependency.

The gstreamer error is because a lot of packages got moved from [testing] and your mirror hasn't synced fully yet. Anjunta is because graphviz got missed in the move from [testing].

Same happened to me just now. Browsed to the mirror and the x86_64 packages were there, so I downloaded and installed them manually (in order):
glib2-2.16.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
liboil-0.3.14-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
gstreamer0.10-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
I've got the full pacman -Syu gnome update running now - let's see if I get to the end successfully...

I'm skeptical becuase I tried to disable all but ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/extra/os/x86_64 which has gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz, a higher version. Even then it still complains which would lead me to believe something got missed.

http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/10095 -- it's not just a problem with mirrors out of sync I think, the package is on the servers it's just not in the repo db for some reason.

That seems to be it, at least on x86_64. It's there, but pacman doesn't know it.

Same here with a backup machine running x86_64. I did what azleifel did , building and installing manually. Afterwards, pacman no longer complains and everything is fine. But, If I do a system update with yaourt (yaourt -syu --aur) it complains with...
gstreamer0.10-base: not found on AUR
Following packages have not been installed:
gstreamer0.10-base
Those messages are missleading. I think when yaourt searches aur, and doesn't find, a dependecy of something installed from the normal pacman database, it's not smart enough to know you installed it manually, and looks for it in aur. If it doesn't find it there, It assumes it's not installed? Even though it was built and installed with pacman -U, it thinks it should be found in one of the databases?
Something fishy like that?

I ran into this problem and did the same thing. Thanks a lot for your suggestion, it looks like it's working here too

Ok, well I ran into this problem as well. I removed all the broken packages ( gnome-control-center gnome-media gstreamer0.10-bad gstreamer0.10-good gstreamer0.10-ugly sound-juicer totem gnome-session totem-plugin) then updated/upgraded again and was able to then do so successfully.
I went to put them back, but of course I could not.
So I downloaded gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz and tried to install it, and needed to install liboil, which I did, just via "pacman -S liboil"
I was then able to put back the broken packages.
So for me the only real problem is that gstreamer0.10-base did not get installed automatically.

Will this be solved soon? I can't install anything...

Was the same here. I just downloaded gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz and installed using:
pacman -U gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.19-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz.
And then I put everything back that had been removed. Now is everything fine.
PS.: sorry for my english...be patient, I'll learn...

Same issue.

Confirmed here also.

Have the same problem here. Tried just downloading the packages an installing them as the workaround in the bug-reports says but does not work. I'll try uninstalling the packages with dependencies problems and see if it works as expected.

Update: Yesterday night I was able to pacman -Syu without problems at all. Last thing I did was to install downloading the missing files from the link in the bug-report: gstreamer + base + plugins + liboil, now everything was updated without a hitch probably some servers got updated last night.
