OpenOffice Impress problems using cropped images [SOLVED]

Hi,
I can't use cropped images (i.e. cropped screenshots) in OOo Impress.
Strangely, this only happens when the images are cropped pretty longish, a cropped square-like image works correctly.
Does anyone has the same problem or maybe an idea? Thanks for your answers.

Bug has been fixed by update (still don't now where the bug came from since a lot of pkg's have been updated)

I don't really understand what your problem is.
You can't insert cropped images with certain proportions? Which program are you using to crop them?
