Hello,
I'm having some trouble with gstreamer0.10-base when trying to -Syu:

:: gstreamer0.10-base-plugins: requires gstreamer0.10-base>=0.10.18-2At this moment I have installed gstreamer0.10-base 0.10.15-1, so I don't know what to do with this. pacman refuses to update anything. I have also tried to responde 'n' to those replacements, but with no luck.
Is anyone having this problem too?

I ended up building gstreamer0.10 and gstreamer0.10-base from ABS and installed the packages manually. I'm sure there's a better way to do it, though.

Yes. To me it seems like gstreamer0.10-base is missing in the repos (a pacman -S gstreamer0.10-base returned a "package not found").
After building and installing it manually from abs the pacman -Syu ran just fine.

Thank you for your replies ![]()
I have found a bug report at http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/10095?project=0 with some more workarounds.

@panecillo: that's the workaround I used and it fixed things for me (x86_64) tho' I believe I had to pacman -Sf one package - maybe libtracker but that may have been related to gnome DE deps rather than gstreamer...
