In Gnome - Menu -> Wine -> Programs: Uninstalled Programs still show?

Hey all. I'm extremely new so when you explain this, please be thorough.

I have installed a few programs through Wine. However, I believe that I have uninstalled them (through their uninstall wizard via wine or using the uninstaller command). However, in my main menu, under wine and programs, the folders still show and I can't seem to get rid of them. Any help would be appreciated!

Delete the files in ~/.config/menus/applications-merged/
