PulseAudio: All audio channels are muted at startup (solved)

Hi,
I have installed PulseAudio according to the wiki.

Before setting up PA I used ALSA which stored the mixer settings and restored them properly. (alsactl store).
Now with pulseaudio all channels are muted at startup and that's just annoying, I have to unmute and set them myself.

Does anyone know how i can store them and restore them on startup?

btw. do I need the alsa daemon in my DAEMONS array or is pulseaudio enough.

I have found the problem, damn it, i should have tried it earlier xD..

maybe this will help some people having the same problem because:

They have removed alsa from the DAEMONS array (is needed to store sound levels) because they thought with pulseaudio it is not needed!
