Looks good, just be careful if you intend to use the integrated video. Ati drivers are horrible, so you might have to jump through some hoops to get things working correctly.

Actually I bought an ATI card, because the drivers (open source, I avoid binary blobs) are pretty good and only expected to become better. My old notebook used a mobility radeon x700 and it worked very well using the "radeon" driver and now I used an HD 3870 with the in-development radeonhd driver and there were no problems.

You might wanna consider going with 780G instead. It shouldn't be much more expensive, yet with a really decent integrated graphics and generally a step up.

Thanks for the help everyone. I guess if I can't get integrated graphics to work then I'll buy an average graphic card.

The top combo deal looks like it may be good. AMD stock fans are noisy.
