Subpixel rendering make chars wider in URxvt?

This is my URxvt when I use greyscale antialias:

While this is that after enabled subpixel:

Width of one character is noticeably bigger.  Anyone has run into this?  And how to fix the subpixel one?

Temporarily turn off subpixel rendering for that font.  This is the only solution I can think of...  Pity...
