2008.04-RC USB problem SOLVED

Hi,

I just installed 2008.04-RC on an AMD Athlon 64 machine, but I seem to have a problem with USB access. I have written an application that drives a PhidgetServo card to control a pan/tilt mounting but with the new installation the app cannot claim the device interface. Here is the printout from my app:

It seems the problem was the phidgetservo module that was installed automatically. I found out after installing a custom 2.6.25 kernel, which worked OK (Phidget drivers not selected).
