kdemod kickoff installation help

Hi guys,
Im trying to install the kickoff but I cannot find the package liblazy for it.Where can I find it?Do u guys have a .pkg.tar.gz for kickoff?

there is no prebuilt package for it that i know of but here is the PKGBUILD:
