REQUEST: GIMP FX Foundry

My first time requesting a package. I hope I'm in the right place and doing the right request...

Alright, here goes nothing:

GIMP FX Foundry is a collection of plugins that includes things like Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Color Overlay, and many other scripts that are needed in GIMP that are almost "essential".

I'm using the SVN version myself on the latest gimp on the repos with no problems whatsoever if someone wanted to know.

I hope this is a valid request. I searched in both extras and AUR and only found other kind of plugins, hoping I didn't miss anything.

Well an outdated version of it DOES exist in AUR... i've posted an update as 'gimpfx-foundry-scriptpack' until the original maintainer updates his...

you did post in the right place, just didn't do enough homework first

keep sending ideas, i can't come up with enough on my own!

Contact the original maintainer by email to see if he's still active. If you don't get an answer after a few days, ask on the AUR ML to have the package orphaned.  Duplicates like this are not really allowed in AUR.

I did! I did look at AUR but it since I only wrote "gimp" and saw "gimp-*" things I thought that would be all, it didn't register 'gimpfx' as one of the options or maybe it did.
