Build Xen 3.2 - compile error

I am trying to use the AUR PKGBUILD found here:

http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=14640

When I run makepkg I get the following error:

gcc -Wall -Werror -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strict-aliasing -m32 -Wdeclaration-after-statement -o checker checker.c

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgcc_s

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Any suggestions on what I can do to "fix" this error with ld?
