I have been crazy for hours looking for a solution on internet for this, however I just can't get jackd to work...
[root@LTS-Arch ltsmash]# jackd -d alsa
jackd 0.109.2
Copyright 2001-2005 Paul Davis and others.
jackd comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY
This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
under certain conditions; see the file COPYING for details
JACK compiled with POSIX SHM support.
/dev/shm/jack-0 already exists, but is not a directory!
cannot create server sockets
cannot create engine
[root@LTS-Arch ltsmash]#
I just don't know what to do, here is my FSTAB:
#
# /etc/fstab: static file system information
#
# <file system> <dir> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
none /dev/pts devpts defaults 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
#shmfs /dev/shm shm defaults 0 0
none /mnt/ramfs tmpfs defaults 0 0
none /tmp/jack tmpfs defaults 0 0
#/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/cdrom1 /mnt/cdrom1 iso9660 ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/dvd /mnt/dvd udf ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/fd0 vfat user,noauto 0 0
/dev/sda1 / xfs defaults 0 1
/dev/sda2 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/sda4 /mnt/nwn ext3 defaults 0 1
/dev/sdb1 /media/media ext3 defaults 0 1
Any ideas?
Thank you so much.
