Sometimes Arch hangs at boot

My Arch started have a problem some weeks ago: there's a problem with boot. This happen when loading udev events; usually it takes 3.3-3.9 seconds, but sometimes it does not proceed with loading: I let it work for 2 minutes, without any result. Maybe it isn't really working...
But, even if udev events load correctly, sometimes network fails to start. Running

# /etc/rc.d/network start

after booting solves nothing, since network doesn't want to start.
If I can remember correctly, these problems begins when was introduced the udev events loading time.
Thanks.

Re: Sometimes Arch hangs at boot

I solved both problems by reinstalling Arch (yeah, I know this isn't a good solution, but that's the first time that I opt for it).
