[HINT not problem] Video not working? Try this

My PC is really quite lacking when it comes to video. Beyond Flash and Java video embedded in websites, embedded motion picture imagery just doesn't like my video chipset. It's probably because I staunchly insist on having xcompmgr running and run at 1400x1050 on 64MB of integrated video at 32bpp... but whatever.

I figured out one fix, which is to start a new copy of X at a resolution my graphics card can handle video with (aka <= 1280x1024), or this: Xnest. It might sound crazy that X in X will play video while X... won't, but it works.

Just a tip.

Hrm, I'd have no idea what kind of header to give it... or where in the page to put it...
