Hello.
I am looking for a simple video editing program that I can combine an avi and some audio together. I plan I doing a screen capture, and I want to add some audio to it.
I am not sure of what program exist for such a job!

Hi there pyther!
I'm using Avidemux for simple video editing purposes. Mainly DVB-T video captured with Kaffeine. Remove ads, join videos, resync A/V channels... I think you can use it also to mix a video and an audio track. You can check it out ![]()

You could also give Pitivi a try...though I too, would recommend Avidemux

I am also using Avidemux : it is the swiss army knife of video editing
Simple and powerfull
Mandrake (2001) -> Debian (2002) -> Nasgaia (2003) -> LFS (2004) -> FreeBSD (2004) -> Gentoo (2005) -> Kubuntu (2006) -> Archlinux (2007) -> ?
Will Archlinux finally be THE distro of my dreams ? Time will say, but its on the way ![]()

the ones listed above are good, there is also kino which I use. If you want something more powerful (but also more buggy) try kdenlive.
