type this in a terminal:

qclock | espeak

lol, you make have to install espeak, pacman -S espeak. It will say the output of qclock.

However, the funny thing is that the output of qclock is not printed, so you have to rely on the voice... I guess one could create a keyboard shortcut to trigger that command big_smile

qclock | sed -e 's#\-##g' -e 's#\*##g' | espeak -s 166 -g 10 -v en -k 20

could be fixed:

 qclock | tee - | espeak

(this both prints and talks)
