pacman says vlc 0.8.6g-1 is corrupted. [SOLVED]
I tried pacman -Syu but vlc is corrupted.
checking package integrity...
:: File vlc-0.8.6g-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz is corrupted. Do you want to delete it? [Y/n] n'
error: failed to commit transaction (corrupted package)
file vlc-0.8.6g-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz was corrupted (bad MD5 checksum)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.I tried to extract the package manually but it failed. Does anyone else face the same problem with vlc? Or is it my problem only?
I am using ftp.archlinux.org

Try deleting it when asked. It will then be redownloaded. If it replicates, then file a bug report.
