AM/FM Radio Playback

What programs can I use to listen to the radio on my TvTuner card?  I've already tried KRadio, but it crashes with these error messages:

Looks more like the mixer app in ALSA is not working; try first to make that work: can you control your speaker volume with "kmixer" or "amixer" from KDE? Then set the volume to something not zero and start kradio ....

ALSA is disabled on my system.  Instead, I'm using OSS.
