unable to submit (certain) packages to aur

i've recently uploaded a package for speechd (speech-dispacher), which is a optional requirement for mumble. speechd in turn requires dotconf and festival-freebsoft-utils, both of witch i made working packages but i was unable to upload to aur. i'm always getting:

You are not allowed to overwrite the dotconf package.

but i can't find the dotconf package in aur anywhere. same for the festival-freebsoft-utils.

Are you still having this problem?  If you are, consider filing a bug report.  You can select the AUR on the Arch bug tracker.

Add a comment about your package to the bug report please.
