How to change Gnome start?

I'd like to change my Gnome start (foot) to an Arch logo if possible. Anyone know how?:)

Re: How to change Gnome start?

by gnome start do you mean the splash screen that shows up when gnome is launching or the gdm theme?

archlinux - please read this and this — twice — then ask questions.

Re: How to change Gnome start?

iirc the menu icon is stored at /usr/share/icons/[theme]/[size]/places/start-here.[png,svg,etc]
i'm pretty sure there must be a gconf option for it,
you should be able to find it by search for start-here.
you can use `gconf-editor` to acess the gconf registry

Re: How to change Gnome start?

Or if its a theme you installed as a user, it could be in .icons/theme/size/places
