For about two months there is a new version of Krusader (1.90.0) available, which didn't made it to [extra] repo. Would maintainer/developer take a look at it? Making a PKGBUILD for AUR with newer stable version just doesn't seem to me as a best solution, but I may give it a try, when my exams are finally over...
And sorry if I missed placed this topic to bad section.

The package has been already flagged as out of date, so the developers already know, and will be working on it as soon as they can.
In the while time you can use ABS to upgrade your version. Usually it requires to just change the version number in the PKGBUILD.
If you're not familiar with ABS, here is a guide: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ABS
